This is our belief

The Jihad and the Raid
And the Jihad is going on with every sect of the
Muslims.
One can struggle alone or with the lords, the good and the
fornicated one of them until the Day of Judgment. It is not
allowed to obey them in God´s insubordination, but it is allowed
to fight the unbelievers side by side with the insubordinators
to defeat the most bad corruption with the lesser one.
But the Jihad under the flag of the eminent Sunnis(15)
is more preferable to us and is primarily and more responsibly.
And the Jihad is one of the pillars. It can’t be devoid because
of the losing of an Imam or the absence of the Islamic state.
And we don’t see the sword upon any of Al-Kaaba people(16)
who belief in the unity of God, except those who deserve the
sword due to a proved indication.
And the bond to them is firm(17) , depends
on a conviction and can only disband due to a conviction.
Killing those who are on prayer and belief in the unity of
God is a great danger.
And the danger to leave thousand unbelievers alive is less
important than the mistake of spilling a little portion blood
of a Muslim.
And we don’t favor disobeying the Imams of the Muslims and
their lords and their Muslim guardians, even if they are unjust.
And we are not going to disobey them as long as they rule
with goodness. To obey them is a duty as long as they don’t
order to infidelity. And we ask God to lead them to the straight
way.
And we think it is a duty to disobey the Imams of the infidelity
of the infidel rulers who have the power upon the necks of
the Muslims(18) . And they retreated from
the religion through the exchange of the Sharia(19)
.
And legislation with God.(20)
And consult with the tyrants of the East and the West.
And entrusting the enemies of God.
And the hostility to his religion and his friends.(21)
And the call, the act and the endeavor to change them is
a duty upon the Muslims, according to their possibility.(22)
And those who can not carry weapons can support those who
can, at least through the invocation of God.(23)
And the material and symbolic preparation for this is one
of the religion’s duties.
And we believe, to fight them is of a prime importance. Because
the desertion(24) is an unbelief that is
harder than the initial unbelief. And because to save the
capital is more important than the profit. And the Jihad of
paying is more important than the Jihad of debit. And because
to begin with fighting the unbelievers who are with us is
more important than to fight those who are farther.
And also nobody but those , the deserters, who makes it possible
for the Jews and the Christians and the other unbelievers
to control the Muslims countries and loot our money and countries.
